Service Agreements
Submitting a quote request or contacting us through the website does not constitute a binding service agreement. Estimates & Pricing

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. Clear Look Cleaning LLC is not liable for delays or inability to complete services resulting from restricted access or unsafe working conditions.
Liability
Clear Look Cleaning LLC is fully licensed and insured. In the event of damage to property during a cleaning service, our liability is limited to the actual repair or replacement cost of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed prior to service.
